Heather Halas, LAH, SIE, Series 6

Heather Halas has spent 17 years building a career around conversations that matter. She came into financial services by chance and stayed because of the relationships. Her background includes talent acquisition and sales support at Mass Mutual and Mutual of Omaha, followed by four years with Prudential as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Manager, before joining New Jersey Wealth Partners as Business Development Manager. In her current role, she manages talent acquisition and pipeline development, focusing on both new-career candidates and experienced advisors who are ready to take their practice further.

Heather is based in Buffalo, New York, and graduated from the University at Buffalo. Outside of work, she travels when she can, stays active at the gym and on the golf course, and is a committed Buffalo Bills fan. She's also the proud aunt to her nephew Colby and the devoted owner of two dogs named Chance and Enzo.
