Joe grew up in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, and now lives in Asbury Park, where he's found a tight-knit community and a lot of strong connections in a short amount of time. He's engaged to Meghan, and the two share their home with their dog Maris. He stays active through cycling and running and is driven, professionally and personally, by a simple goal: showing up fully for the people around him.
