Kristian Lydon, CFP^®

Kristian Lydon came to financial planning through a personal lens. Growing up, his family never had anyone to guide them through the financial decisions that shape a life. His grandparents ran an HVAC business, worked hard for decades, and still found themselves without a plan when it mattered most. That experience stays with him, and it shapes how seriously he approaches the work. Eight years in, Kristian is consistently recognized as a top contributor to financial planning growth at Prudential, and he brings that same intensity to every advisor he works alongside at New Jersey Wealth Partners.

His approach is direct and deeply engaged. He describes himself as a passionate nerd, someone who finds meaning in translating complex financial realities into clear, actionable plans that actually move people. He lives in Manahawkin, New Jersey, with his wife, Brianna, and their daughter, Shiloh, just outside Long Beach Island. He serves on the NexGen committee of the Financial Planning Association of New Jersey and is a member of Bayside Chapel in Barnegat.
