Madelaine "Maddie" Brooks
Regional Director
Maddie Brooks has been working in financial services for more than 45 years, and the core of her work has always been the same: getting financial strategies and education into the hands of people who haven't traditionally had access to them. Born and raised in New York City in a multicultural neighborhood at a time when that was uncommon, Maddie developed an early ability to connect with people across different backgrounds and life experiences. That perspective has defined her career. She has been featured in Black Enterprise magazine, the WBLS Café Mocha radio show, Managing Your Wealth, and The Root Live, and previously collaborated with Dr. Pamela Jolly and Dr. Stacie Grant on a Women and Wealth Initiative focused on women's relationship with money and financial planning. At NJ Wealth Partners, she coaches advisors on practice planning, financial education, and prospecting strategy.
Maddie lives in Franklin Park, New Jersey, and serves as an Advisory Board Member of Blueprints to Black Wealth. She's a devoted NY Knicks fan, a daily Zumba practitioner, and a committed mentor to young people inside and outside the industry.
